The LAB is an immersive, high-energy, small-group training experience built around 45-minute sessions. Each session is designed to build endurance, strength, confidence, and consistency—while keeping your workouts fresh, challenging, and results-driven.

Every class blends interval-based HIIT, strength, and functional movement so no two workouts feel the same. Color LED lighting, high-energy music, and expert trainers create a focused, boutique environment where your effort is tracked and rewarded.
