Build Strength
Build strength, confidence and healthy habits! This small group program is designed specifically for teens looking to learn proper strength training techniques in a safe, supportive environment. Under the guidance of a certified personal trainer, participants will focus on form, functional movement and age-appropriate resistance training.
Whether your teen is an athlete or just starting their fitness journey, this program helps improve muscle tone, coordination and overall fitness- all while boosting self-esteem and encouraging a lifelong love of health and wellness.
Participants meet every Monday at 5:00 pm for eight weeks starting February 2nd. YMCA
