CHALLENGE OVERVIEW
DETAILS:
How many push-ups can you do in 1 minute? Start in a high plank on your toes with your hands just outside shoulder width. Keep your body in a straight line, avoiding sagging hips, and lower your chest to about a fist’s height from the floor before pressing back up to full arm extension. Perform this exercise for one minute, keeping the position on your toes only—no knees allowed. Use a yoga block to measure proper depth, and rest only in the plank position if needed. A Wellness Coach or Personal Trainer will count only proper reps toward your score.
