Nancy Bryant is the Executive Director of the Lake Nona YMCA. Nancy was born and raised in Long Island, New York, but considers Orlando her home. She is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida where she played Division I college basketball and majored in Organizational Communication.
Nancy started her more than 20-year YMCA career as a Member Services Representative at the Downtown Orlando Y and has served in several different roles at family centers across our association. She is the recipient of the Jim Ferber Award for Leadership Excellence and the Pinnacle Award for overall Family Center accomplishments.
Continuing her career of service, Nancy returned to the Y in August 2022 after serving two years as a Police Officer with the City of Orlando. She is the proud mom to two sons, ages 15 and 10.
